For as long as I can remember, I’ve enjoyed figuring out how things work and finding ways to improve them. I’ve always been drawn to both problem-solving and good design, products that not only function well but also feel intuitive, thoughtful, and beautiful.
I started my career as a mechanical engineer in the oil and gas industry, where I worked on technically complex projects and developed a strong foundation in engineering and systems thinking. While I enjoyed the challenge, I found myself wanting a more creative and human-centered way to solve problems. That led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering in Europe, a decision that changed the direction of my career and how I think about design.
Today, I work between engineering and design, combining technical problem-solving with creativity to develop products that are functional, user-focused, and built for the real world. I’ve had the opportunity to work across consumer products, medical devices, and emerging technologies, and I enjoy taking ideas from early concepts through prototyping and into production.
Outside of work, travel has been one of my biggest sources of inspiration. I’ve visited 60 countries so far, and experiencing different cultures and perspectives continues to shape how I see the world and approach design.
